I love turkey hunting in the spring. By the time April rolls around, I have cabin fever and need to get out and get away. Wild turkeys are smart and everything has to come together just right in order to put one in the freezer. It’s challenging, fun, and the rewards in the frying pan are mouth-watering delicious!
